Finding a good restaurant in Callao shouldn’t be a lottery of tourist spots. At La Taberna de Peñalver, on Calle del Postigo de San Martín 5, we serve produce-led cooking two minutes from Plaza del Callao and Gran Vía.
Our speciality is Alicante-style rice dishes, alongside the classic Madrid dishes. À la carte only, no set menus. And with a terrace on a pedestrian street, so you can enjoy a relaxed meal right in the city centre.
